More Life for Metal Roof with METcoat

Bridgend Life Centre is a community hub for all ages to come together to access sports and health facilities. With significant areas of failure across the roof our client urgently required a waterproofing solution. The foremost priority was finding a refurbishment option that did not disrupt access for customers. Caltech MEtcoat fit the bill perfectly with no need for roof strip whilst meeting budget expectations of the client.

Compatible with all conventional metal profiled materials the METcoat application is a straightforward process. Crucially our registered contractors clean the roof area, ensuring the failing nuts, bolts and washers are expertly taped and prepared ahead of the METcoat application.

Caltech METcoat is achieved with quick application and no disruption, the only challenge we face can be the UK weather!
